The purpose of MUAF is a call to fulfil the Life, Personality, Character ambitions of Late Dr. Marius Uchenna Ashibuogwu (MBBS).
A life of an epitome of love for humanity and charity, with no religion, ethnic or gender bias. Focused on a mission to saving life, and alleviating sufferings, engaging in medical and educational sponsorship for the less privileges, while bridging the gap of comforts for the poor.

Objectives of the Foundation
- To provide free medical services to the less privileged in the society,especially mothers and children
- To render assistance to indigent students through scholarship grants and sponsorship
- To fight against infant mortality through measures such as vaccination and enlightenment.
- To engender good toilet advocacy in schools especially in the rural areas.
- To assist widows, the old, weak and destitute in the society through philanthropic activities.
- Assisting Internally Displaced Persons.(IDP)
